1. Shipping Destination
We currently only ship within Australia.
2. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders will be dispatched within 1 business day after payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays).
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- NSW: approximately 3 business days
- Queensland / Victoria: approximately 5 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier operations and local conditions.
4. Shipping Method
- Local Australian warehouse dispatch
- Local parcel courier delivery
5. Tracking Information
All shipments include tracking information. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
6. Free Shipping Policy
- NSW: Orders over AUD $300
- Queensland / Victoria: Orders over AUD $500
Shipping charges for orders below the threshold will be calculated at checkout.
7. Force Majeure
Noxwell shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War or terrorism
- Government actions or restrictions
- Epidemics / pandemics
- Labour disputes
- Supply chain disruptions
- Transportation delays
In such cases, Noxwell reserves the right to extend delivery times or suspend fulfillment without liability.
