Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window: Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Change of Mind: We accept returns for any reason (no-reason returns).

Return Shipping: Shipping costs for returns are to be covered by the buyer.

Exchanges: We support exchanges; however, the buyer is responsible for all two-way shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Non-returnable Items: all items are eligible for return, provided the packaging is undamaged and the product remains in resalable condition.
2. Reporting an Issue
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must notify our support team within 7 days of delivery. To ensure a fast resolution, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging (including the outer box)
- A brief description of the issue

3. Resolution Options
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement: Preferred for damaged items (Noxwell will cover shipping costs for replacements on approved claims).
- Partial Refund: For minor issues.
- Full Refund: If the item is unusable or out of stock.
4. Important Conditions
- Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
- Items must not be installed, used, or modified before the issue is reported.
- We do not accept damage claims caused by improper installation, misuse, or external impact occurring after delivery.
- For large items (e.g., sinks, vanities), customers are required to inspect the product thoroughly before installation.
5. Transit Damage Disclaimer
While we work with trusted couriers, damage during transit may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will assist you in resolving the issue quickly; however, timely reporting and proper documentation are essential.
6. Return of Damaged Items
In some cases, we may request that the item be returned.
- Return instructions will be provided upon approval.
- Do not send items back without prior confirmation.
- Noxwell will cover return costs for approved damaged or faulty claims.
